We are looking to recruit 30 Wealth Management Advisers to join a forward thinking IFA supported by a two year employed contract.

Key Features

Guaranteed Basic salary of £35K - £50K with a validation of just 1.7 times salary in the first year and 2.3 times for year 2.
Unlimited bonus potential.
An RDR prepared business, including fee structures and excellent support for examination study towards Diploma Level 4.
Sales and administration support for all Advisers.
Long term incentive plan or 'Practice buy-out' facility subject to specific criteria.

Requirements

Professional client centric individuals who have the desire to embrace change.
First class financial planning skills and a proven track record of target achievement.
To have at least £2m of assets under management.
Diploma level 4 or working towards this with a minimum of 40 diploma credits achieved.
Ability to work proactively and self generate referrals.
